Cusco the Peruvian restaurant
I always wanted to try the Peruvian kitchen and I was not disappointed...excellent presentation, fantastic flavors, great service by Rakel Ara.
Francisco the Manager of the restaurant and chef Rafael and Leslie welcomed us to the restaurant.
Chef Rafael created a beautiful examples of the Peruvian dishes.
Rakel Cruz our waitress was phenomenal , very professional and very easy to talk to.
Señor Jazz Food and Beverage Manager also visited us to see if everything was going well.
Roberto the Grand’s Sommelier helped us to match the wine with our dishes. The location of the Cusco restaurant , the decor, the smell of the fresh air and sound of the ocean makes this location perfect for a romantic dinner or any different dinner where you can enjoy the beautiful sky and the quietness of the night

1. Traditional ceviche (appetizer ). Seabass
2 . causa limeña (appetizer)
3 . shrimp chupe (soup)
4. Chow fan rice ( main dish)
5. Beef lion .(main dish)
6 . alfajores (dessert)
