Short visit to the Royalton Suites Cancun, Mexico 04/2019

This was our 1st visit at the Royalton Suites Cancun.
The resort is a brand new one. Everything is shining and very modern. The lobby is very spacious and very open with a fantastic view of the ocean.
We stayed at the Royalton just one day. We had a chance to tour the ocean front guest room. The view from the room is fabulous- the Caribbean ocean is in front of you, each of the room have a spacious balcony with a balcony chairs and the coffee table.
The room was designed in a very modern and very functional way.
We had our breakfast at the main breakfast bar with a huge food options...starting from all different sea food to the old traditional Mexican dishes, European style dishes and many,many more.

All food was really delicious and fresh, very nicely presented to all guests to enjoy. I can tell employees take pride in presenting their work in every aspect of the day.
We visited the roof where they have a phenomenal concept of the outdoor pools, cabanas and many different beach seats for all guests to enjoy.. DJ was playing house music there, super cool.The roof is adults only place and at night works like a nightclub with a sky above you. The view from there is breathtaking. There are many small terraces on different levels there, guests can easily have some private parties by their cabanas and use the private hot tubs too. The access to the roof is by the fee unless you are staying at the Diamond room level than it is included.
The Royalton has a beautiful clean beach at the front of the building with plenty of beach chairs for everyone to enjoy and also a big pool right by the beach.
In the evening we decided to spend some time at the main floor bar with our friends drinking champagne.It was very busy there with all guest getting ready for the evenings events. Mariachi band was playing traditional Mexican music.The vibe was incredible , everybody had fun.
The bar has many different world class liquors, waiter was offering new drinks for us, great idea to get exposed to something different. Very nice service, attentive and professional.
The resort has many options to dine...from the traditional elevated Mexican food to the upscale experience restaurant specials like the following: Marche/International Buffet, Jade Asian, Score -Sport Bar,Culinary Experience/Chef’s dinner,Hunter Steakhouse, Agave- Mexican Cuisine,Grazie,-Italian.
We spent our evening at the Culinary Experience event, the chef's dinner.
Chef Angel Contreras and his team at Royalton Suits Cancun Resort & Spa did absolutely phenomenal presentation.Chef Angel we thank you and your team very much for such an emotional and personal journey throughout all special creations/dishes we were presented with. This was one of a kind experience in the world. This team was on fire that evening, we recommend this event to everyone who wants to experience chef’s dinner at the world class level.
Chef Angel conducted a symphony there. Phenomenal dishes with elevated presentation with changing lights, music. I could feel the emotions of the creators.This was an evening to remember.
