Mother's Day
It is a special day today:Mother's Day .We celebrated that day with a special dish: 
a Turkey medallion wrapped in bacon and BBQed by me .Presented on the plate with the cauliflower,Asian rice and a scoop of sauerkraut plus green beans all that was just ...wow.Too bad you could not be there.We choose to try a new Chardonnay 2004 
from Kumala Winery Western Cape Region South Africa and
Chilean LaJoya Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2004

I prefered the Chardonnay, this plump, easy to drink Chardonnay boast oodles of tropical and citrus fruit flavors that finish clean and fresh.I was very suprized to get this result,usually I do not drink Chardonnay's but I am as always open for possibilities it was just the hit that night.By the way The Wine Enthusiast gave 85 points for this bottle,so was worth the effort to try.
