Our 1st visit to Beach Palace-we had a great time.Visited 04/ 2018

                          
We visited the Beach Palace Resort in April 2018.
The entire building is very toll and different than other resorts.

We visited the top roof terrace were we had our brunch.

The terrace has the best view in town, it was stunning. There are two different pools located there and the bar.

This location is an excellent location for the panoramic photos, evening photos are even better.
Our brunch was very good, light, fresh and presented very creative way.
Thank You Miriam Sanchis Food and Beverage Manager, Gustavo Manager, our waiters Alfredo, Christopher , Diamond Concierge Shantall, Arely administrative assistant.
You commitment for the best service was visible and appreciated by us.

We also had my Birthday dinner in the room behind the Wok restaurant on the ground level.The location of the dinner was in a very cool.
The dinner was spectacular, full of special dishes and surprises. The presentations and the service was phenomenal and the entire team who worked tirelessly around us made everything very spectacular.

All people above did a really excellent job helping us to enjoy our dinner.
We started our dinner with a combination of risotto with tuna tartare
the burrata and cherry tomato salas besote
Then we got the scallops with the zafran sauce and the crunchy calamari ink
Before the main course we had the parmesan eggplant (fantastic)! with pomodoro and gorro Zoila Gorgonzola
Then for the main course we had the sea bass wrapped into chaya leaves with a crunchy spinach on the top it was absolutely amazing.
Our desert was a thousand leaves cake with soft cream and flojera.
The food was really delicious, the presentations were super special, the wine pairing was spot on.
The entire dinner was organized very well. We enjoyed our conversations with everyone who was there.
After finishing our dinner I could easily say: the chefs have passion for the food and their creative spirits were right at front of us on the plates. Thank you all.
The resort itself has a beautiful beach but it is very crowded there. The resort is small and squeezed between different hotels there.
