We always have a great dinners at Gondola where Senor Manuel Martinez can make magic. Our last dinner at La Cava de Vino was a lot of fun, incredible and full of surprises.
Fantastic group of people made our evening super special: Manuel Martinez- he is simply the best, Miriam Sanchis Castillo- she is incredibly nice and very professional- she is a star, Chef Helbert very talented artist, our favorite waiters: Juan Bautista y Gerardo Pantaleon - we like them very much- they really were trying to have everything to the perfection and succeeded. They work very well together. Sommelier Dante- excellent young gentleman- I need to ask him about the wine recommendations he and I talked during the dinner. Thank you all.
