Witam serdecznie,I am back :):)

Welcome everybody,
witam wszystkich oto mam dla Was maly film z mojego tarasu gdzie robilem super BBQ,poledwiczka z warzywami.
Here you can watch me grilling(BBQ) a nice piece of pork lion with veggies and garlic bread.
This great dish was presented with a glass of La Joya Shiraz from Chile.

Zubrowka

Żubrówka has been manufactured in the region of the contemporary Polish-Belarusian (Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth) border since the 16th century, and by 18th century was one of the favourite raw drinks of the nobility (szlachta) and the peasantry alike. In 1926 the Polish Polmos company in Brześć Litewski (now Belalco, Brest, Belarus) invented a method to mass produce Żubrówka, which was then copied by numerous companies worldwide, under a variety of brand names. The original distillery company in Brest (Belaco) still produces Brestskaya Zubrovka (Зуброўка), as do Russia (Зубровка), Lithuania (Stumbrinė), United States (Bison Vodka), Ukraine (Зубрiвка), Germany (Grasovka), the Czech Republic (Zubrovka), and many other countries. Currently the brand Żubrówka, its translations into other languages, and the grass inside a bottle of alcoholic beverage are registered by the Polmos Białystok company in Białystok, Poland.

Here are a few comments about this wine:

PENFOLDS Bin 389 Cabernet Shiraz has earned a reputation among wine consumers and collectors as an Australian classic. With all its ripe fruit, richness and generosity, the wine has been much loved over several generations of wine drinkers.
Predominantly a Barossa Valley wine at one point, the Bin 389 is now a multi-district South Australian blend with fruit sourced from the Barossa Valley, Coonawarra, Padthaway, McLaren Vale, Langhorne Creek and Clare Valley, and more recently, PENFOLDS' new vineyards in Robe and Bordertown.
Over the last 40 years Bin 389 has developed a strong identity for its consistency, reliability and value. Wine consumers buy it because it's delicious to drink, even when first released. Collectors appreciate it because the wine over-delivers on quality - especially in classic vintages such as 1976, 1986, 1990, 1996, 1998, 2002 and 2004. And, as a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, it's a very Australian style of wine.

Terra Andina Wine from Chile

We enjoyed this evening with Malbec / Petite Verdot .
I purchased it from Chris at Wine Styles store in Woodbury.
The wine is big and rich, with plenty of blackberry and plum notes. It leaves remarkably elegant impression in your mouth.
We celebrated a glass ( or two:):)) with BBQ ed "No name steaks" grilled by me .You can see it above.
This wine contains 70% Malbec + 30% Petite Verdot,
Malbec from Lolol (Colchagua valley) and Petit verdot from the foothills of the Andes in San Fernando (Colchagua valley).
This variety stays for 12 months in American oak for Petit verdot, light toasted and 14 month for Malbec in French oak, medium toasted from Neviers forest.

Dzisiaj mielismy okazje sprobowac pieknego Melbeca/Petite Verdot z winnicy Terra Andina z Chile.
Wino zachowywalo sie bardzo subtelnie,mozna bylo odczuc wielka ilosc jezyn i sliwek.
Do tak wspanialego wina dolaczylismy b soczyste steki z mojego BBQ,cale danie mialo niesamowity smak .Wino mialo bardzo wyraziste lagodne,delikatne a nawet eleganckie wykonczenie.
Polecam abyscie sprobowali sami.
